I'm in need of a new DVD player

Preferrably one from Best Buy as I'd like to use my discount there.

At any rate, it needs to play DVD-R discs and also be able to play DivX files that I convert into DVD format (essentially the .vob files). Also needs to play DivX files burned to disc... Must have HDMI and whatnot for when I upgrade my TV. Spending limit of $150.

Any suggestions?
