Update:

A friend of mine recommended Union Oyster house. Apparently Jefferson used to eat there.

However, work went all busy and stuff, so I only had time to run across the street from the hotel and get chowda and meatloaf from the Rock Bottom. Le sigh.

Completely off topic but since we are talking about food and Boston you should try Sam Lagrassas. Awesome sandwiches.

If you're staying near the Rock Bottom Brewery, you're only a block away from Chinatown and the restaurants there are open way late.

I wrote all that for you, and you went to Rock Bottom for.... clam chowda? :(

They have good micro brews. It's a pretty good bar. But not for food.

Chinatown is right behind it too.
