I'm having the worst birthday ever...

I'm turning 15 (yes 15), and I had a great time at school today with my friends surprising me and all. It was awesome.


But then when I came home, I find to see that my parents are making me study, like they completely forgot that it was my birthday, even though they wished me. Now we arent going anywhere for dinner, and im sad/angry.

what can I do? I had to argue to get on the computer, and even do anything else...
 
That is hardly the worst birthday ever.

I woke at 6AM on mine to get to work by 8, worked til 5, reported to my second job @ 530 and worked til like 12...got home 1am and went to bed...and no one remembered by birthday.

So believe me when I say...it could be worse.
 
Note to self : Next November 6th, arrange to have BastulaJr beatup, just so that his 15th birthday isn't the worst ever.

Meh. I just turned 15 in October. It was like any other day; go to school, do homework, study for upcoming tests.
I got to eat out for dinner tho, and the girls at school were welcoming too 😉

my 22nd had my computer wiped out by a virus during midterms and lost 30% of research papers right before I left for the day to go to work
 
Heh.. my 35 birthday (last month!) was my best ever, spent pretty much in a weekend of drunken sexual orgy..

when i turned 18.. no one gave a crap... but it was the day after "sept 11"... so i let it slide. it sucked though.
 
on my last bday (22nd) i got food poisioning and was sick for the better part of teh day

now that fusking sucked
 
Well, the only birthday present or well wishes I got yesterday (my 22nd) was 10 credits from worth1000.com.

I was touched, though, that they (or at least their database) remembered. :~)~
 
Heh. I vaguely remember my last birthday (16th). Was the last day of school before winter break. Farked up the van on the way to school and was late as a result. Exams every period. Nobody knew it was my birthday, nobody cared. At lunch, we had a major systems crash in the A/V lab, which quite frankly, was the highlight of my day, slaving over a rapidly growing pile of editing machines trying to figure out why the hell a software update had just killed off 400 gigs of data, and how to get it back.

Went home, got nothing present-wise (I'd already gifted myself a major hardware upgrade earlier in the month). Then the mobo blew up, literally just out of warrenty. Had to drop money on a new one, and the only one worth buying was the brand new A7n8x Deluxe. Early revs of this board are IMMENSELY buggy.

My girlfriend got pissed at me for not telling her that it was my birthday, and didn't want me around.
