Nothing survives! I shot a piece of plywood, and all it did was blow it to smithereens. I need an old car to shoot at. I'll go see if I can find something computer related to do later on in the name of Anandtech.

BTW, you don't wanna be anywhere NEAR it when it goes off, trust me. The concussion is unreal. You FEEL this SOB go off. I had an old civil war cannon I used to shoot golf balls in but it got too dangerous. Those things would fly 2+ miles if you shot it with any elevation.

No plans... I am a trayined professionyal. (I don't want someone getting hurt, plus it was all free hand and spare parts anyway) Green Visco fuse is green cannon fuse. That waterproof stuff with the green color. It burns slower than the red, about 30 sec per foot.

Seriously... these are dangerous. It is VERY easy to get hurt or hurt others, even when you think you know what you are doing. 7lb projectile this fast has approx the kenetic energy of a car moving at 55+ MPH. It is equal in power to a real cannon.

If you want to get into cannons, Traditions Firearmsmakes small bore black powder cannons that are good to start with. Be sure to check your local laws on their legality.

BTW, Brooks.... I'm all out of dry concrete cans. I have two more drying, and if they are not dry, they blow apart from the force. I might try a 10lb piece of round stock later on if I find a worthy target.
