So I was washing clothes last night and suddenly I hear water splashing on the floor. I look at the washing machine, which is in its rinse cycle, and the water drain pipe is just geysering DIRTY SINK WATER all over the place, complete with tiny chunks of food from the food disposer. At the same time my kitchen sink is starting to fill up with dirty water, water coming up FROM the drain...

Basically the sink and the washing machine drain pipe both connect into the same main drain pipe, and that exit pipe was completely clogged, which means as the washer was trying to push out the dirty rinse water, it had nowhere to go, so it mixed with the sink water and just started flying out of the pipes.

The entire kitchen floor got flooded with water and food chunks. I was bailing water out of the overflowing sink with a cooking pot into the toilet, and now everything smells poopy :(

Repair guys came over, tried fixing it for two hours, then said they'd have to come back on Monday because they will have to cut my wall open to get to the clogged pipe.

Add to this the fact that my desktop just randomly isn't booting up anymore. Hooking the OS drive on the primary IDE channel displays "Error loading OS," the secondary IDE displays "missing NTLDR," the secondary IDE on the controller card says "missing NTLDR," and the primary IDE on the controller card boots, but hard locks randomly because the card is dying. So now I've got a SATA drive and a new controller card on order, but they won't get here until Wednesday, leaving me stuck with my laptop, which is running Ubuntu, and I don't even know how to work Linux :(

Finals are next week to boot.

*sniffle*

I love you!

Somehow that's really cute, but I'm just imagining like a 70-year-old old man posing as a "baby bunny" sitting there grinning.
