When I upgrade my machine, I'm just gonna toss this f*cking Epox crap in the trash.
It's an Epox 8RDA+. The problem? Where do I start? How about the fact that if I plug a device like a scanner into one of the USB ports, and have it working for a while..then if I plug it into a DIFFERENT USB port, suddenly the machine has no clue what it is and I have to install the drivers. What is THAT?
Also, the BIOS clock is screwed. It runs fast, which really gets on my freakin' nerves. I constantly have to open up the Windows XP clock and have it synch w/ time.windows.com. Like every single f'ing day or two. Otherwise, my files' timestamps are off. And my cousin has an Epox, I forget which one.. different from mine, and he has the same problem.
Screw Epox. I'm going Soltek when I buy my Athlon 64 CPU.
Anyway. I'm on heatware. If you're interested, I'll sell it to you. It might serve a machine that doesn't care about TIME, or forgets what devices have been plugged into it for MONTHS.
