Im going to return my iPod nano for another iPod nano..

Short Story:
Got my white iPod Nano last week from Apple store.
It's already got so many scratch marks on the screen.
I want to take it back and ask for another one and get a case to protect it this time.
They will charge $20 for opened returns which i dont mind.
What should i say to them when i try to return it for another iPod nano?

ive now had my nano for a few days (saturday i got it)

its been in my JEAN pockets which are not lined (the change pocket) its sat on my desk, and ive carried it, and thrown it across the room onto a soft blanket.

it still has no scratches.

wtf are you guys doing? setting it UPSIDE DOWN on a table and then sliding it while picking it up?

I did the same thing with my car.I wasent careful witn it, i scrach all the paint job on both side and i totally destroy the front bumper.I went back to the car vendor and ask for an exchange.

he did it for $100 and told me to be more careful next time.
