Don't know if you have read this review yet, but those i7's get HOT! Like, over 100 Degrees Celsius, be careful..

so did the C2D macbook pros...

I suggest always using SMCfancontrol, and manually spinning your fans up proactively, instead of letting the mac do it reactively...

if you know its going to push hard and get hot, stick the fans on 6000rpm early, so it wont get that hot.
