if you really want to see a Christian flip out

make mention of why are they wearing a Roman execution device around their necks
(the Cross)

or tell them you do not believe in the cult of the dead jew on a stick. (Christianity)

oh and
tell them you do not worship zombies..Jesus rose from the dead so that makes him a zombie

Burning a flag is considerd the proper way to dispose of an old/worn one too. You're just supposed to do it in a "respectful" way.

Throwing it on the ground and pouring gasoline on it is respectful isn't it? After all, oil comes from the ground and gasoline powers this country's greatest expression of personal freedom...the automobile. AMIRITE? :p

I actually attended a flag burning ceremony when I was younger. The VFW was retiring a bunch of their old flags and it was very moving.

Sign me up!

The burning of the Korans is such a stupid thing for these guys to be doing. I'm an atheist through and through and no holy book means anything at all to me however from a purely logistical point-of view this is a stupid thing for them to be going. All it does is bring potential harm to both soldiers in the field and innocent people elsewhere. If they are going to be burning Korans for basically no reason I say lets burn a stack of bibles!

I'm from gainesville and the "church" definitely deserves the square quotes. It's basically a used-furniture-ebay-business parading as a church. The messed up thing is that they trick christians from europe to come as student exchange students to help with the church, but end up just used as illegal slave labor in the furniture business. Hopefully they get audited and their credentials for the exchange student programs get revoked because of this.

Seeing as the fact that the bible has nothing to do with 9/11 I find your choice of date irrelevant. Why not do it today or tomorrow or on 9/12?

And the Koran does have something to do with 9/11? I guess the holy war has to start somewhere.
