I'm in better shape than almost any time in my 30's as I've lost 55 pounds in the last year and still hit the treadmill 3 times per week. I just "feel" older. I guess it will pass in a few days or so!

Welcome to the club. Just keep telling yourself 40 is the new 30, it may help for the first few months till reality sits in. :laugh:
