I hear fish does a body good...wish me luck! :)

I'll still eat fruits and vegetables, I'm just cutting out all other meat: ie. chicken, beef, ... etc.

Good stuff! I've got enough king salmon, tuna steaks and halibut in my freezer to go all-fish for a while, but I like to mix it up. :)

good start..but i heard fish has mercury that will accumulate in the body..
however, i watched on discovery channel that drinking lots of tea will flush it away...they discovered it because many japanese's diet has large amount of fish and yet they do not have any symptoms from mercury poisoning

Grilling Tuna in a few moments.....stuff I caught last year.

Heavy metals might be a concern if you eat too much fish.

Ugh, to all those yapping about mercury poisoning, as long as he's not 5 years old or pregnant, he's fine.

To both of you:

Depends on the fish. High level predator fish (level 59 and above) such as Tuna, Salmon, Mackerel, etc. can carry a hell of a lot of mercury, as it builds up through the food chain as it gets to them.

To avoid Mercury, try getting farm raised fish, or eating stuff that's not king of the hill. I mean, some of the salmon, tuna, mackerel, etc. is fine, just don't have three servings a day.

FYI, "all fish diet" does not include fruits or vegetables. You may want to alter your title.

Also, that is horrible, no more steak? No more pork chops? No ribs slathered in BBQ sauce? No prime rib? No Chicken? No Turkey? No Beef Jerkey?

For your sake, I hope this diet only lasts one or two days before you realize what you are missing out on.
