We actually have the hardest PT standards of all the Armed Forces; while the ARMY and Navy have two minutes to complete lower numbers, we have one minute.
You know you're a REMF when you do PT just so you can pass the testBut congrats, you didn't say what your MOS will be, but be great at it. And if it does involve flight duty, and you ever have some of my old teammates on your bird, do me a favor and cut 'em some slack.

Well, it's been a few days since that was written (cut and paste is my friend), and I just found out I probably won't even start school until the thirteenth of November. Yay. So it looks like I'll be here at Sheppard as long as I was at Lackland. And on top of that, some of you may remember that Xabanak Fanatik and I are dating...Well, we had our one-year anniversary at BMT, and now I can't even see him. Life blows a fat load right now.
Wow.
You made it through BMT... 13 weeks at that and now you are upset you can't see your boyfriend? You need to reevaluate why you joined..... seriously.
She's been away from home, away from loved ones for double the amount of time she anticipated. She was also physically ill during that time. Of course she's disappointed, she wants to see home, who wouldn't?
