Had a craving for fish, so I melted some butter, spread it on some Orange Roughy fillets, sprinkled on a bit of Cajun spice, and baked it in the oven. Add steamed rice for a tasty morsel 🙂

Looks good though. I'm having spaghetti tonight.
 
The fish is looking good but the rice need some work.

Edit: you need more fresh veggies. I think a ripe tomato will be nice.
