The "average" cup of coffee or shot of espresso has around 100mg of caffeine. You're saying that a can of redbull has at least 2000mg? Unfortunately, according to their website, it's only 80mg / can. I can't say anything about the effects of taurine and other crap in there, but caffeine-wise it's pretty tame.

Edit: Having said that, I have to agree w/ CRXican about it affecting my heart rate... I stick to coffee nowadays.
