I'm convinced diet can raise pulse and blood pressure

So if I eat like crap, like chicken wings, pizza, chinese, brownies, chocolate, and sugar, my pulse is high and I sweat a lot.

If I eat healthy, no crap whatsoever, and drink lots of water, pulse is low and I don't sweat.

odd huh

Drinking lots of water would be the most helpful part in lowering blood pressure and cholesterol.

I'm curious though, why would sweating less be considered more healthy?

Hmm I guess medical research wasn't enough to convince you that eating sh!t can have a bad effect on your health

I swear to god I'm the exact opposite. The more "plain" water I drink, the higher my pulse and the worse I feel.

/hi5 Everything except the pizza and chinese contains a stimulant of some sort, so logic would dictate that eating those things would raise your pulse.

You may be sensitive to sodium. For some people, too much sodium, or even a little sodium can cause their blood pressure to skyrocket.

You may also want to be checked for diabetes.

If certain foods make you sweat and dramatically raise your pulse, you have a medical condition. They do not affect most people that way.

Yeah that kind of reaction doesn't seem normal to me.
