If you founded a company in your name, and then you sold that company and went to work for a direct competitor, wouldn't it be weird if the company that you founded was still in your name?

Roger Cleveland founded the Roger Cleveland Golf Company about twenty years ago, but he is now working at Callaway Golf as their lead club designer. The name of the company that he founded and then later sold is still named the Roger Cleveland Golf Company.
