Im confused, is this a NEW product?

DOA means dead on arrival. 9700 pro is not a new product. there's the 9800 pro, a step up, and the x800, another step up. and some other PCI-express cards which confuse me 😵

I don't believe it is new. If you look at the sellers feedback, he has quite a few negative comments against him. You can do what you wish of course but I would steer clear of this seller.
DOA means Dead on Arrival. The seller is giving the buyer 14 days to determine whether the card is dead or not, but that does not include defects. STEER CLEAR.

1st: PowerColor. Not Built by ATI, and I'm not familiar with powercolor's history.

2nd: Not enough transactions to judge whether it is a good seller or not.

3rd: Looks good 100% positive feedback with over 20 transactions

4th: lools best of all with 100% positive feedback with over 200 tranactions.

4th looks best.
