The point is, however, who will you turn to? Do you really think any other providers are better? Everything I've read says that Verizon is the best as far as customer service. Just take a look at what people think of T-mobile.

T-Mobile won 4 JD Power awards for best customer service. Verizon has the best network coverage, T-Mobile has the best customer service.

wait, wait. your phone is 5-6 years old and you're pissed off it broke?

GET A NEW PHONE YOU FREAK.

Exactly, its 5-6 years old and you expect it to last forever. Are you sure your battery isn't a POS since its 5 years old? Your phone is probably worth pennies. What is it a motorola startac?

the lady used the analogy that she just bought a new toyota, and when something is wrong with it, she goes to AAA not toyota.

You are a much nicer person than me... (even though I find your grammar and sentence structure to be generally... odd, and your lack of capitalization of proper nouns to be annoying and sometimes confusing) As soon as this dumbass said she goes to Triple-A to get her Toyota fixed and she has a brand new Toyota, I would then ridicule her along with criticizing her intelligence while informing her that Toyota has a manufacturer's warranty on all new vehicles, so why she would take her Toyota to a third-party repairperson when she could take it to any Toyota dealership, and they're required to fix it is beyond me, and proves that she may not be Verizon material...

Secondly, I hope your kept your contract so that you can review it and find out the ins and outs of your insurance policy. I don't necessisarily like to play hardball, but when I get the impression that a company is trying to screw me over, well , then its time to go all Barry Bonds on 'em.
