How about Interstate 76 or Road Rash? Those were two of my favorite Mad Max / Road Warrior inspired titles...

I remember Swat 3 coming out the same year the Celeron 400 MHz was popular, it was 400 MHz !!!!! It had 11mb Intel integrated graphics and utilized AGP technology. I saw the game on this computer, and I was like ... coooL...
