Ha, that just said Dogs when I went to post, now here I am in the reply box and it says Terminal Frost.

Terminal Frost is also a very good one I don't yet know. Some cool guitar licks. We have another winner :)

Richard Thompson - check his career on allmusic.com, he's the British Celtic Folk-Rocker equivalent of an old blues guitar legend like B. B. King or Buddy Guy. He's really, really good on both acoustic and electric.

A few highlights:

Shoot Out The Lights - "Shoot Out The Lights"
Daring Adventures - "Missie How You Let Me Down", "How Will I Ever Be Simple Again"
Amnesia - "Turning of the Tide", "Waltzing's For Dreamers"
Rumour and Sigh - "I Feel So Good", "1952 Vincent Black Lightning"
Sweet Talker - "Persuasion" (you might know Tim Finn's version, this is the original instrumental)
The Old Kit Bag - "I've Got No Right to Have It All", "Word Unspoken, Sight Unseen"

James Bonney's Concerto for Electric Guitar and Wind Ensemble-"Chaos Theory."

Click on Concert Music-->Chaos Theory to download all 3 movements. I play in a wind ensemble who's going to perform this soon. ;)

Oh sweet! I LOVE Led Zeppelin. And I totally don't know that one yet either.

I absolutely love the live version of Since I've Been Loving You from their How the West Was Won album. I know the key and scales and what not, but it's a lot of work to figure and tab out all the solos exactly as Page played them. I can mess around and make it sound pretty good, but I'd love to play it the way he does. There isn't a single tab of that version anywhere though. Ah well.

Make a recording of yourself playing Radical Dreamers - Stolen Jewel.

It's the guitar/vocal song from the 3rd disc of the Chrono Cross OST.

stevie ray vaughan - little wing :D
I actually prefer James Mankey's version with Concrete Blonde, but part of that is from being paired with Johnette Napolitano's smoky sweet vocal. <homer> Mmmmm, sweeet. </homer>

Yeah, that's my main problem now. Again, following my laze trend, I'm not very big on figuring out the songs myself anymore (although I have done it before), and there aren't tabs of some of the songs I want to learn.

I sort of had a bit of the intro figured, but I'm working on White Summer right now. Super cool song, and it's got 1337n355 written all over it. The only thing I don't like about it is it uses an alternate tuning...

That's a really good one. I could play the solo up until the very very fast part at the end... but that was a while ago and I had to really practice at it. Prolly couldn't do it now.
