I started working out again this week, and tonight I worked out pretty hard and I want more, I want every muscle torn apart and my chest aching. No more laziness for me. I fvcking back, hardcore.
 
Tommorrow, and from now on, I am going to be getting up at 8 and doing 30 minutes of abs, then 30 minutes on my gazelle. Later at the gym 1 hour of cardio (650+ calories burnt) and some weight lifting. For breakfast, some cereal, oatmeal or poptarts. For lunch a salad or sandwich and a fruit. For dinner something light. No TV before 11:00pm except special occasions (like the new show Nip/Cut) and weekends.
 
good for you!!! Stick with it... My upper body is killing me right now from working out I have to take a night off from lifting or I might hurt something! Still doing my cardio though!!!
