Tommorrow, and from now on, I am going to be getting up at 8 and doing 30 minutes of abs, then 30 minutes on my gazelle. Later at the gym 1 hour of cardio (650+ calories burnt) and some weight lifting. For breakfast, some cereal, oatmeal or poptarts. For lunch a salad or sandwich and a fruit. For dinner something light. No TV before 11:00pm except special occasions (like the new show Nip/Cut) and weekends.
