I'm back crunching seti blocks and i got a new p4 3.0 ghz ht box to help out the team.

ive havent done any seti in a while so let me know if there are any new cool programs i should use. I used something called setihide to set up my box but i cant get it to run two instances for my (hyper threaded) cpus

just wanted to say hi.

Concerning your question about running two instances of Seti with SetiHide: Go to the SETTINGS and change the "Number of Processors to be used:" to "2". 😉 🙂

so i do have it set to 2 but its not active on the cpu 2, its only active on cpu 1.
