I'm not a wine snob in the least but I would buy the $8 bottle of Blackstone over that Charles Shaw crap any day. It tastes terrible.

I like the taste of two buck chuck. I use it for cooking and drinking.

Their pizza dough is very good. I've been using it to make pizza now for a couple years vs making the dough myself.

Peanut butter goodies are insanely good.

The dunkelweizen is fairly good. But the oatmeal stout is freakin' awesome. Like drinking soup. Love it.

Also love the pot stickers, dunkin' sticks, way more chocolate chip cookies, and peppered salami.

I've bought Chuck Shaw Cabernet before. It wasn't terrible, definitely good for the $3 it cost me. Keep in mind, at $3, your competitors in the "Red" category are Night Train, Mad Dogg (only the Red Grape flavor), Wild Irish Rose, and certain varieties of Cisco.

If I'd drank it without a price tag, I'd have assumed a $6-8 bottle, which is usually a decent table wine. Of course, I'm sure that the variety/vintage of Cabernet I had 3 years ago, the last time I bought it, is a lot different than what they sell right now.

I love their Trader Giotto's no salt added marinara sauce, and their frozen meat balls.

Their wine isn't great, but for the price it's freaking awesome. It's also more than good enough if you're using it to make Sangria or something of that nature.
