...we don't have hurricane or typhoon here and most of the time it doesn't rain here in Cali...so a little rain is a lot of hassle/inconvenience for Cali peeps. We are just not used to it.

we were on about a 6 week drought here in Indiana (maybe a half inch total during that time) its rained 2 out of the last 3 days (and today nonstop)
