It rained in LA today, thousands of unsuspecting and unprepared students walking to class thinking they'd be walking back dry were highly unfortunate to have become victim to what we call rain here in LA.

...we don't have hurricane or typhoon here and most of the time it doesn't rain here in Cali...so a little rain is a lot of hassle/inconvenience for Cali peeps. We are just not used to it.🙂

we were on about a 6 week drought here in Indiana (maybe a half inch total during that time) its rained 2 out of the last 3 days (and today nonstop)
