I hear this all the time in Connecticut. It's like "the thing to say". Do they say it in your state? Anywhere I go, even at work..."Can I help you with anything, sir?" "I'm all set."

yeah they have wicked here too. never heard a milkshake called a cabinet tho. we call subs grinders, although I still prefer just subs.
