I'm going to order a SOLTEK SL-75DRV5 (Purple Ray) VIA KT333 with 512 megs of ddr ram, but I don't know which one to buy. SO MANY manufacturers of pc2700. I would like to know which ones run at 333MHz the most stable or which ones overclock the best, and if you guys have better suggestions for my mobo, please say so.

<< You even have to ask? 🙂 Crucial is the only memory I buy, at least right now. >>

What Derango said, Crucial. Been using Crucial since the KX133 chipsets, never ever had a problem with them. And if AnandTech is still running the xx% off on them, even better route.

I too always buy Crucial ram ,never had any problems and they also have very good customer support in my experience.

🙂

If you have the money, get corsair. Corsair is the only PC2700 on the market right now that officially supports cas 2 at 333MHz. If not, samsung and kingmax are good.

Im more of a Mushkin type guy. They make incredible performing RAM and have never failed me in the past. My #1 choice.

Regards

My Kingmax 2700(2*256MB) runs 376MHz 24/7 @ cas2, and runs 404MHz cas2.5 before getting flakey.
