why would that matter? You're guaranteed your item once you buy it. Unless it's just because it's more expensive now.

I've ordered from them recently and had no problems at all. Everything delivered on time and as ordered.

Their packaging is a bit off now. I ordered a mobo using ground shipping and it came in a dcoument box NOT meant for ground shipping. + my chipset heatsink had come off slightly but I could put it back on.

i hate UPS
it goes way back to a an ed templeton deck i order cod.
the ups driver showed up with it a day early, i was surprised and didnt have the $ right then and there..so he said hed stop back tommorow..he blew by my house i chased him down the street and he said: "must have been loaded onto another truck" ill be back tommorow..i was so pissed my skate was beat. So he finally shows back up the next day and he didnt have any change...i needed the deck so i gave him 3 20's..and he said hed give my 7 dollars back the next day. he NEVER did!

UGH UPS....i can't tell you how many times I've told them explicitly to hold a package at the warehouse only to have it go out on the truck, despite the fact that they call me to tell me they're holding it for me as I asked....uuuuuuugh

thats going back to '93.
ive had numerous monitors shipped and damaged from them, packages that last scanned at some weird place and didnt show up for weeks.
i just dont trust them...
