I'm adding a window to my SX1030b case(?)

I'm getting ready to install a blue Window Kit (PCMods) in my Antec SX-1030b (Newegg) and wanted to make sure I'm doing everything correctly. If anyone has any tips, tricks or links to instructions I would appriciate a reply.

Plan of attack:
I'm going to outline the window on the side with masking tape. Then cover the side with newspaper. I will be using a drill to start the hole for my Jigsaw using a thin metal blade (used it on my 120mm holes). After that I have some questions.

a. What can I use to sand the edges?
b. What do I use to hold the black strip in place, if any?

You'll probably also have to modify the window slightly to compensate for the handle on the side of the case.
