I mean seriously, I crave it.. I have gotten to the point I eat 1 every two days!

I haven't notice anything bad happening.. I'm extremely regular which is a plus.

I guess it concerns me I crave it like I do. Any thoughts?

As long as you're not dosing it with salt.

Also, it's about midlevel in potassium levels, so if your body has issues with processing potassium (kidney issues) that could be a concern.

I polished off four pounds of blueberries in a day and a half. Yes, I was crapping dark blue for a day or so. Unfortunately, blueberry season is nearing its end and prices are starting to go up again 🙁

Oh well, it was nice while it lasted. You could do worse than being addicted to whole fruit.

Try the frozen Blueberries. Costco has Wymans Frozen wild Blueberries for under $10 for 4 lbs. Works great in shakes.

I cannot stand the texture of frozen blueberries. My entire obsession with berries has to do with a combination of the texture and flavor.

Besides, I am not a particularly big fan of frozen food.

I agree, the only time frozen blueberries are ok is when I use them to cool off my oatmeal even then fresh > frozen but they're ok.

Yeah I'm the opposite, I prefer frozen Blueberries to fresh ones as they are just as nutritious (being flash frozen), cheaper and chill my protein shakes plus the Wyman's brand are wild Bluets so there's not as much pesticide residue. Unfortunately Blueberry skin is very absorbent so the farmed Bluets seem to have a higher concentration of those chemicals than wild berries and other fruits.

Watermelon is delicious, but it sounds like you're eating a ton of it!

According to that site, 1 melon is about 1350 calories, so if you're eating half a melon per day, that's almost 670 calories. That's also about 170 grams of carbs, with 140 of that being sugars and 9 from fiber. Not a very fiber-rich food, but there's definitely worse things you could eat.

As long as you're watching what else you eat then I imagine that it's fine.

I love a good ripe watermelon. I can't eat that much though or I'll be peeing every 20 minutes though.
