Dude that's cool, I respect your desires and opening up like this. You can do it man, just keep yourself occupied and think about that girl you love whenever you're feeling weak. Self control is a God-like quality. Anyone who fully masters self control is a couple of notches above the rest.

I have been free for 2+ years and I can tell you that it is a struggle. You took a good start by getting rid of what you had. You also need to carefully consider whether or not "clean" men's magazines (FHM, Stuff, etc) and mainstream television with sexual content are for you. Some people can use these as a socially acceptable substitution for "actual" porn, for others they are gateways that lead back down the slippery slope.

I am not going to open the door for others to trash religion, but I personally believe that you can pray to a higher power for strength and I will be praying for you.

I guess I don't understand why you can believe that someone has never masturbated. I've never masturbated either. Get a woman or take a cold shower, and learn some self control.
