I'm a noob again...How does one install fonts for windows?

I've never installed fonts before and I have a folder here with hundreds of fonts I want to use. How do I install them all without having to do them one at a time?

Just copy/paste them into the Windows Fonts folder(C:/Windows/Fonts)
