put 4 glue traps in my cupboards. Check them all today and there was 4 little mice all looking at me with terror in their eyes.

I swiped them all into a plastic bag and dumped them all into the garbage bin.

I have to live with this.

the fruit flies are almost gone but this mice infestation is far from over. One battle at a time.
 
It's symbolic. Mayne is this forums glue trap. We are perpetually tortured in an inhumayne way

You should at least kill them with a sledge hammer or something to take them out of their misery.

i prefer snap traps as I don't have to physically kill them and feel bad about it. Kinda hypocrite I guess since I still am the one setting the trap. I just don't like to make an animal suffer for no reason.

The other advantage of snap traps is they can act as electrical switches so you can monitor them from a remote location if they're in a spot that's inconvenient to go to. I have 6 of them in my attic and if they go off I get a notification. Thankfully they have not gone off in over a year so I may have figured out how they were getting in.

Breathing is good. Hard to counterbalance the left in P&N if you're not. At 79yo, losing 20 lbs is good to. Right? Your wife has a diet ready for you. Fruits, veggies, exercise....:biggrin:

Glue traps are inhumane if you don't know how to release the mice from the traps. How? Lemon juice! 😀

Of course, if you don't have a place to release the mice, then yes, glue traps are inhumane. D:

Serious question. Does that work? I've stopped using the traps after I caught 3 skinks in my shop. I want them around.
 
Been there. Used snap traps earlier in the year and one got clipped. It crawled to the edge of the shelf and draped its front feet and head over the lip on the edge and was staring at me with dead eyes when I opened the cupboard.
 
Where can I buy these? I have a bad Mayne infestation.

I prefer the live traps myself. Hate cleaning their dead bodies out of the traditional traps. Especially once the flies get at them. They are very cute. They just poo a lot. Thank god we don't have to take a dump that often. I let them out in a wood lot behind an abandoned factory. Far enough from here so they won't come back.
