Take a bucket of paint and throw it on a chick with a fur coat, what could I be charged with?


I'm a 13 year old teenager with a paintball gun, I shoot paintballs from a pedestrian cross walk on the freeway, what can I be charged with?

How about I'm just a kid with a paintball gun and I shoot random things like houses, mailboxes etc.. What could I be charged with? If no damage had been done, no crime has occured? What about egging?
 
Vandalism.

Off topic but there are better issues to take up in life. Funding to research Incurable Diseases, Starvation, War, Human Rights, Sensitivity towards fellow man etc. If you have the time & energy and are willing to risk legal action (not to mention the big brute with the fur-wearing lady), I recommend you find something better. Being pro-active for a cause is good...but PETA is for celebrity models and actresses so that they can feel less shallow.

Edit: Notice how I did not name-call or flame you. I didn't even attack your age. And please tell me you see my point.
 
Who cares what you can be charged with, the possibility exists that you'll get beaten badly, possibly to death, for doing those things.

1. Assault, destruction of private property (or something similar)
2. Reckless endangerment (I assume he's shooting at cars) and Vandalism.
3. Vandalism. Paintballs leave marks and dents, egging ruins paint.

And why are you asking these questions?

Pretty much what I was going to say. Though, #2 might be reckless endangerment (I assume he's shooting at cars) and Vandalism. #1 would probably include destruction of private property (or something similar) to take into account the value of the coat.

Sounds about right to me here. And since you're 13 I believe you can get stuck in juvie for it.

So the best idea is to not do stupid destructive things, and go do your homework(Like I should be doing now. Stupid college courses)
 
When I was young I used to get angered by the hypocrisy of groups like PETA. Now I realize that hot, vapid chicks are often into PETA... And I also realized that PETA absolutely no impact on my life so I stopped caring..And got a PETA button to wear on my bag in case I'm hanging out near hot, vapid, emotionally retarded hippy chicks since, you know, all those sluts are easy... I've learned never to remind them that their leather jackets are in fact made out of cows...
