How do you create time demos to run under bench'em all? : |=

IIRC you need to capture a video first with your favorite program (eg fraps).
Then you put it to the program and it benches it. Be sure to read the readme file,it explains the procedure

Every game is different so you're going to have to do a little bit of research to find out.

He's saying that you have to do it through the console of the game.
As I said check for the help file,it explains thoroughly the ways you can do it

well, it depends on which game you're trying to create a demo for.. far cry would use devmode, but it's one of the few afaik.
