If you can buy it in your area go for some grain alcohol. Everclear is the most common brand I know of. Its 195 proof and it tastes like burning Make sure to mix it with something(other then burning its tasteless so just about anything will do)...shots of that sh!t is like asking for liver failure + alcohol poisoning....

play strawbone with some friends(requires keg)
fill two equal sized mixing bowls
break into two teams
give each team member a straw
race to finish your bowl first
losing team has to drink another bowl

I've never heard of 40 proof vodka or gin.
And hell, even though that ladder idea sounds like one of the stupidest drinking sequences ever, if you are going to have a ladder at least get to the top with some 190 proof everclear.

I've made very sloppy Kamakazi's and even those are really good.

I'd just take a plastic cup, pour vodka, tsec, and margarita lime mix, and swirl the cup for like 15 sec, and the chug it down!
