You sure about that man? (As far as car insurance goes).

I know mine takes a substantial drop when I hit 25, but I just hit 21 two weeks ago and it dropped my insurance $50 a month!

Just to be safe you may want to check with your Insurance Agent on that.
 
I hope that you did NOT breach 21st B-day etiquette and you had your "Cement Mixer" as your first shot...
