In Canada you can legally drink at home at 18, but you can't purchase liquor until you're 19. However, if you live in Quebec you can do anything at 18.

Apparently I can now buy porn. According to that page, Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec have the legal drinking age of 18, so you're right
