As I understand it (this could be wrong, because I have no real experience with any games of this type; this is just as I've heard it described by others), part of the "game" is to get people to click on a link which gives you more "points" or something. People here don't like getting tricked into clicking on those kind of links, and the Moderators agree that posting of said links is not a good idea.

Obviously he got too many chances; he's now on a indefinite ban. By the time the mods remember to unban him, he'll be in a nursing home.
