Illegal software selling

Best way to get a mod is to just PM them at Anandtech Moderator, they usually get to those pretty quick.

I believe that when OEM S/W is tied to a specific H/W item; the H/W must accompany it.

It isn't if hardware is included.
But, the OP wouldn't state if it was Retail, OEM or something else. The Mods probably just locked it for GP or they asked him.
Also his thread wasn't entirely a FS/T thread. He was "preaching" so to speak.
