Illegal Operation....What did i do wrong?!

I am recieving a message when windows starts up that says "taskmon caused an invalid page fault in module taskmon.exe." There doesnt appear to be any other syptoms, I was just wondering what I did wrong this time, and what can I do to fix it? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys, Keith
