"Illegal operation message"

I am getting the "program has performed an illegal operation " message every few minutes while trying to use new Tbird 750 and KT7-Raid Mobo. I have set everything back and am quit overclocking to try to fix. Still getting the messages.

I am a newbie at this and need help. I don't know where to start. CPU temp always below 46 C. Micron 256MB in center slot. Only PCI slots 2,3 and 4 being used. Two 30 Gig Maxtor ATA 100 configured in a Raid 0. Had same problems using IDE controller and 3 Gig drive.

Also having some USB printing problems. Is all this related?
I have been to Paul's unofficial Abit KT7 site still can't figure out. Win98 2nd edition, clean install. Matrox G400.

is your memory amd compatible? Is it pc-133? Cas 2 or Cas 3?

Its VERY VERY important to run the memory at the correct speed with this chipset. I've been playing around my new stick of ram and it overclocks a bit more than my generic stuff.

It's micron pc-133 Cas2. I've tried setting the bios to Cas3, doesn't make any difference. Bought the memory from the Overclockerz Store. They say they have tested it to 150 MHZ.
