1) Can you please point me to the section of the law that targets any one particular race or nationality?

2) Now that the law has been modified to effect only people who are being stopped, detained, or arrested for another violation of the law, perhaps there is language in there directing officers to use trickery or deceit to target foreigners?

3) Last, perhaps you can provide an extensive list of the differences between this law and Federal laws that already exist.

Please show us these sections of the law that have you up in arms so that we can join you in your outrage.

Strangely enough, every time I've ever been pulled over for another violation of the law, I was asked for, and quickly provided, my driver's License and vehicle registration. I know...crazy, right?

Anyone using the term "brown people" automatically loses all credibility in my book. It is a sign of someone who has no valid argument and has to pull the racism card to try to "guilt" or "shame" people. It isn't funny or clever using such language; it is just plain dumb and offensive.

It wouldn't bother me any more than it bothers me when I go to the airport and get searched, frisked, etc. Both activities are essentially the same -- people trying to enforce the law and in order to do so, law abiding citizens are inconvenienced.
