I'd run the search, but apparently putting " " around a search string doesn't actually search the exact phrase.

Godless certainly has a long track record, but it's not like he's posting something that hasn't been posted at least a hundred times before, presumably without infraction.

I searched Google with the string, site:forums.anandtech.com "do you know how i know you're gay".
598 matches.
Granted, that's not differentiating between original postings of it and quotes, but it's on there quite a few times.

A review and some critical advice:

1. GA posted "do you know how i know you're gay?" NOTHING happened to him for this, NOT ONE THING, NOT EVEN A WARNING. Got that?

2. GA then posted "Yay, I'm about to be perma-banned for posting a quote from 40 Year Old Virgin. That certainly seems fair." For this he received ONLY A WARNING, no points, nothing more!

3. The GoodRev improperly stuck his nose in this. And he only got a warning. Next time, he gets a vacation.

4. Now Jeeebus, who got only a warning for doing the exact same thing yesterday in another thread, again sticks HIS nose in this business. He didn't learn, he didn't appreciate or heed the courtesy of his just prior warning, he is now on vacation.

5. Folks, if you have a question or a reaction to any mod action -- REAL OR IMAGINED -- the only appropriate place for discussing it is in Mod Discussions.
