Sick of it? Every new system takes time to get games. It's barely been out. I have four PS4 games and I have too much to play and inFamous doesn't come out until March anyways.
Tomb raider? Whatever, sold.
Infamous? Whatever, I'll buy it.
Just sick of this new gen slow release cycle.
This is why I haven't bought either new console yet.
I still have plenty of PS2, PS3, X360 and PC games to play first.
By next xmas the X1 and PS4 will be cheaper, launch titles will be $20-30, there will be a new crop of games, and the bugs will be worked out of the OSs.
There's no way they are dropping in price in only a year. Both are selling just fine and aren't overpriced.

On release I bought:
Cod Ghosts
Knack
Killzone
Rivals
BF4
AC4
NBA 2K14
I would only open a game or so each week. I've finished most of them and finally opened NBA 2K14 this weekend. I just need something new.

One of the main problems with both consoles launch line up is we don't have any epic single player games. The kind with really long campaigns. Hopefully those start rolling in soon.

I disagree, but we won't see eye to eye so no sense in carrying it on.That has been a lingering problem that has nothing to do with new consoles.
Yeah, that is my problem. I rented it for the 360 to give it a shot and thought the naval combat sections were really fun, but didn't enjoy the follow this person or listen to that conversation quests, so I decided to skip it. Games like The Witcher can't get here soon enough for me.Yea the only thing we have is Assassin's Creed which is multiplatform. The pirate parts are great but still hate the assassin part.

True, but the campaigns weren't very long.ryse and knack are both great games that had enjoyable single player experiences. max curse of brotherhood is also tons of fun.
