Ikea - replacement parts

My bro gave me his Malm bed frame so I need to get a mattress. Somehow I misplaced a bunch of screws and couple of pieces that attach to the sides of the bedframe. Is it possible to get the whole bag of screws and the rails from Ikea? I tried calling them but been placed on hold for 15 mins!

I bought a window blinds kit recently and it was missing a rod. Ikea replaced the missing part for me with no issues.
