IIS Metabase possibly corrupt???

This is a new server and there are only a couple sites on it... we have already noticed a couple problems... We cannot put any sites into high process. When we do we get an error reading "Unexpected Error 0x8004d01C occured".

Not sure where to start this one...

I think that our problem is with the Default Website in the metbase... This is going to require a phone call to MS...
