I host my own site and when for some reason sometimes for no reason it starts acting up and tells me that IIS is busy like it is getting a lot of traffic when I am the only one connected to it. Any Ideas why it goes down for no reason?

Could be a million reasons. You have any ASP pages? CGI? Or are they just static pages. Check your logs. We need more info to help you out.
 
yes definetly, we need more info.

what hardware?
what OS?
what IIS service (http, ftp, etc.)
are you running any server-side scripting languages (asp, php, etc.)
make sure logging is turned on and paste what happens during that 5 min. etc into this thread so we can see.
