How long should it take to get past the "Add settings for common Documentation Files..." phase of IIS 4 install? Overall progress is at 99%, nothing is "not responding". I can move the window around it's just sitting there. Been about 5 minutes now at 2:26pm EST.
 
If you are going to run this server be sure and get all the security updates. Apache is free and pretty safe. If you decide on apache PM me and I have a very simple way to get it going, also with php and mysql you can generate a really good website.
